Spa Therapist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Spa Therapist to join our team. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing a range of spa treatments and therapies to our clients, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Your role will involve performing various massage techniques, body treatments, facials, and other spa services, while maintaining a high standard of customer service and professionalism.

**Responsibilities**

1. Provide exceptional spa treatments and therapies to clients, including massages, body scrubs, body wraps, facials, manicures, pedicures, and other spa services.

2. Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs, preferences, and any health concerns or contraindications.

3. Customize spa treatments according to individual client requirements, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the session.

4. Maintain a clean and organized spa treatment room, ensuring proper sanitation and hygiene standards are followed at all times.

5. Keep up-to-date records of client profiles, treatment notes, and product usage, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

6. Educate clients on the benefits of various spa treatments, skincare products, and wellness practices, providing recommendations based on their specific needs.

7. Adhere to all spa policies, procedures, and protocols, including safety and health regulations, to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for both clients and staff.

8. Maintain a professional and positive demeanor, promoting a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for all spa guests.

9. Upsell spa products, retail items, and additional services to enhance the client's experience and contribute to the spa's revenue goals.

10. Stay informed about industry trends, new treatments, and product knowledge, participating in continuous education and training programs as required.

**Qualifications**

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Certification or license in Massage Therapy or relevant field.

3. Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or related role, with a solid understanding of various massage techniques, body treatments, and facials.

4. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and common health conditions, and the ability to tailor treatments accordingly.

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide personalized care.

6. Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for providing exceptional spa experiences.

7. Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation.

8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

9. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

10. Knowledge of spa products and retail sales experience is desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
