**International Voice process-Customer Support(Female Only)**

**Key Responsibilities:

- **
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to offer accurate information and solutions to customers.
- Engage in foreign conversation with clients and stakeholders, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and language proficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Assist in the creation of support materials such as FAQs, guides, and tutorials in French and English.

**Qualifications**:
Proficiency in both French and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a bilingual capacity.
- Proven experience in handling foreign conversations and interactions with a diverse client base.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as proficiency in MS Office and related software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.

**Salary**:

- Rs 20000 to Rs 25000 per month plus incentive

Experience:

- **at least 2 to 3 years of international Voice Process or Customer support experience**

Shift: 11.30pm to 8.30 am(Canadian Shift)
