**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue growth in the Pune region.
- Identify new market opportunities, trends, and customer needs within the lab-grown diamond segment.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, prepare reports, and forecast sales performance.
- **Team Leadership**:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance and achievement of targets.
- Train and develop sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, wholesalers, retailers, and jewelers.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve client issues or concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote lab-grown diamonds.
- **Business Development**:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding the customer base across the Pune region.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**:
- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about competitors, pricing trends, and industry developments.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on market conditions and potential growth areas.
- **Sales Reporting**:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the senior management team, including revenue forecasts, sales performance, and business development progress.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal pipelines using CRM systems.
**Key Qualifications & Requirements**:
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. equivalent qualification is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in the diamond, gemstone, or luxury goods industry. Previous experience with lab-grown diamonds is a strong advantage.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and market development.
- **Leadership Abilities**: Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team and achieve business targets.
- **Networking**: Well-established network within the diamond industry or luxury retail sector.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present effectively to clients and stakeholders.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
