Job Disciption:

- Experience in areas of Software Testing /Quality Management / Quality Assurance -Ability to quickly assess the appropriateness of a project set-up
- Understanding of Marketing and Sales processes (Campaign, Lead, Opportunity, Quote Management)
- Salesforce admin knowledge including User management, Roles and Profiles, Security, Automation tools, Object management, etc.- Experience using Salesforce data upload tools
- Knowledge of integration methods and tools which can help in performing integration testing
- Strong business analysis and functional experience, including understanding the requirements, developing test cases and executing the test cases, reporting the test execution statuses
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and delivery teams
