**JOB DESCRIPTION OF FASHION VIDEOGRAPHER**

**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
We are looking for a skilled and imaginative E-commerce Fashion Videographer to join our creative team. As a Fashion Videographer, you will be responsible for producing compelling video content that showcases our apparel in an engaging and visually appealing manner. Your videos will play a crucial role in attracting potential customers, increasing conversions, and enhancing the overall online shopping experience. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your videography skills and creative vision in a fast growing fashion brand.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Video Production**: Conceptualize, plan, and execute high-quality video shoots in an **Indoor Studio** as well as **Outdoor** to capture product features, demonstrations, and promotional content for our apparels collection.
- **Vertical Format** videos (4:5, 1:1, 9:16 for Reels/Stories)

**2. Storyboarding and Scripting**: Coordinate with the marketing and creative head to develop **video concepts and sequences** that align with the brand's image and marketing objectives.

**3. Camera Operation**: Operate professional video cameras, lenses, and related equipment like **Gimbal, Video Lights** to capture footage with a focus on visual storytelling, composition, and technical excellence.

**4. Locations, Lighting and Audio**: Choosing and **researching outdoor Locations** for video shoots when required. Set up and control lighting and audio equipment to ensure optimal video quality and clarity of audio during filming of **candid BTS Clips** when required.

**5. Editing and Post-Production**: Edit and enhance video footage using video editing software (e.g., **Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro**) to create polished and compelling final videos. This includes **colour grading, video effects, music syncing with scenes,** and adding relevant graphics or animations wherever required.

**6. Product Styling**: Collaborate with the creative team to style products appropriately for video shoots, ensuring they look their best on camera.

**7. Quality Control**: Ensure all video content meets brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual style and tone across all products and campaigns.

**8. Collaboration**: Work closely with the photography team, marketing team, and e-commerce managers to align video content with overall marketing and promotional strategies.

**9. Project Management**:Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality content on time to the marketing team.

**Qualifications and Technical Skills**:

- Proven experience as an **E-commerce & Fashion Videographer** or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing video production expertise.
- Proficiency in operating professional video cameras, lenses, gimbal and related equipment.
- Expertise in video editing software **(e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and Mobile-Editing Apps** when required for post-production processes.
- Proficiency in shooting and editing Videos in **iPhone** using pro level video editing apps for quicker content creation when required.
- Solid understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling to create captivating videos both indoor and outdoor.
- Knowledge of audio recording and editing techniques for high-quality sound production.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges during video shoots.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in video style and quality.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing trends to align video content with audience preferences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities in a fast-paced e-commerce setting.

**Education**:
A Bachelor's degree in Photography/Videography, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred. However, relevant experience and a stellar portfolio may be considered in lieu of formal education.
