Job Summary

This role involves working closely with HR and IT departments to ensure the HRMS functions effectively and meets the organizations needs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain HRMS configurations, interfaces, and extensions.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle HRMS modules.

Perform regular system audits and ensure data integrity.

Develop and generate standard and adhoc reports using Oracle HRMS reporting tools.

Analyze HR data and provide insights to support HR decision making processes.

Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and data privacy regulations.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum 5 years of experience working with Oracle HRMS.

Proficiency in Java, Angular/React, SoA, Oracle DB, SQL/PLSQL

In depth knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Self Service HR, iRecruitment, and Performance Management.
