- Customer Co-ordination.
- Pro-active steps to prevent any service failures.
- Adding volume with existing customers
Budget preparation and payment collection
- Identify the potential opportunity in other area of customer business.
- Identify vendor and negotiation
- Timely closure of jobs for billing
- Timely processing of all out-flow payments
- Monitor filing / clearance / movement
- Logisys update and initiate automated reports.
- Irregularity report maintenance
- Monitor all CHB Compliance record.
- Incentive / refunds follow up with line / CFS.
- Vendor co-ordination - S/line, Forwarder, CFS, Terminal, Port Co-ordination.
- Allied service partner co-ordination.
