- L4 - D365 CRM- Extensive knowledge in designing, implementing, upgrading and integrating business solutions built with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM design and development specifically in technologies, including customization and configuration, C#, ASP.NET, Javascript, SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Azure Functions & Logic Apps, PowerApps and Flow etc.
- Expertise in installing, administrating, deploying and troubleshooting of online instance
- Strong experience in data migration/integration using - SSIS, PowerQuery, KingsWaySoft etc
- Experience with deployment of Dynamics CRM solution on hand-held devices (Tablets and Mobile), Outlook clients, O365 apps integration etc.
- Hands-on experience in D365 Customer Service module and Omni-Channel integrations
- Experience with web development technologies used with the XRM platform such as ReactJS, JSON, WCF, oData, jQuery will be preferred
- Must have working experience on Power Platform - canvas and model driven apps as well as flows. Also have understanding on PowerApps governance, DLP policies etc.
- Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable in liaising with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently and lead development of Dynamics CRM solution
