Sales and Marketing Officer

Raipur, India Maa Dayalu Fertilizers & Chemicals Pvt. Ltd Full time

We are seeking an innovative officer to promote our company's brand and services. In this role, you will be optimizing our marketing strategies, managing the territory budget and staff, as well as preparing forecasts. Also, have to manage farmer groups so that you can develop better farming practices. The officer will conduct research and field checks, take samples and make observations, perform tests, and identify and solve problems related to plant or soil nutrition, damage from insects or wildlife, weather or climate changes, or the use of specialized products, such as Agro-Chemicals, Fertilizers, etc. Using this information, you will also help farmers develop techniques to increase crop quality and yield. Be someone whose expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability.

To be a successful, you should be focused on developing and promoting better farming practices. You should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical with excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills. Generating new business leads. Increasing brand awareness and market share. Generating reports and presenting findings to management, clients, or other interested parties. Promoting products and techniques through educational presentations. Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management. Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events. Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends

**Minimum Requirements**:

- UG or PG degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Horticulture or related field.
- Strong research, decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office and software.
- Awareness of industry trends, technology, and developments.
- At least two years' experience as a marketing manager
- Sales and presentation skills are also a major plus.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
