**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and additional support where necessary.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment for students.
- Communicate effectively with students and their parents about performance and areas of improvement.
- Plan and organize classroom activities to foster student engagement and understanding.
- Assist in managing student-related administrative tasks such as attendance and records.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali (spoken and written).
- Basic knowledge of student management and maintaining classroom discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
