REPORTS TO:
Technical Lead/SMTS/MTS

PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Learning and developing programming skills and implementing them by supporting ongoing Projects under the guidance of the Project Lead.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Learning through LinkedIn Learning

2. Learning through on-job training, project base training

3. Developing their programming skills through self-learning, classroom training

4. Implementing the learning in ongoing projects and assisting the team when needed

5. Supports the team by implementing learning in various projects.

6. Developing skills through basic training -Communication/Analytical/Leadership skills

SCOPE:
To provide training to Java Apprentice by providing them basic and on-job training to develop them for future employment opportunities

EDUCATION: REQUIRED:
B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communications, BCA,

WORK EXPERIENCE: REQUIRED:

- Looking for Java Trainee/Java Apprentice with 0-1 year experience.
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science.
- A certification course in Java or an internship in Java will be an added advantage.
- Theoretical knowledge of core computer science areas.

SKILLS & ABILITIES: REQUIRED:

- Good Java programming skills-Core Java, Advance Java, Collections.
- React, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, knowledge will be a plus
- Clear understanding of OOP concepts and best practices
- Proficient in object-oriented programming languages
- Database understanding
- Ability to work well in a team - carrying out own part and helping to pull and achieve as a team.
- Excellent communication skills and team skills.
- Ability to communicate well within team.
- Good command of verbal and written English.

PREFERRED:

- Certification or Diploma in Java Programming
