Job Title: Growth Hacker - Mobile Apps

Job Summary: We are looking for a Growth Hacker to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our mobile app. As a Growth Hacker, you will be responsible for designing and implementing growth strategies and tactics to achieve user growth, engagement, and revenue targets. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to identify growth opportunities and execute data-driven experiments to optimize user acquisition, retention, and monetization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement growth strategies and tactics to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our mobile app.
- Conduct data analysis to identify growth opportunities and user behavior patterns.
- Work closely with the product team to improve the app's user experience, conversion rate, and retention rate.
- Execute data-driven experiments to optimize user acquisition channels, retention tactics, and revenue streams.
- Build and manage partnerships with other apps and platforms to drive app installs and user growth.
- Develop and execute influencer and content marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and user engagement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
- Continuously test and iterate on growth strategies to improve performance and achieve targets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Growth Hacker or similar role, with a track record of driving user growth and engagement for mobile apps.
- In-depth knowledge of mobile app marketing channels, tactics, and metrics.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Passion for mobile technology, user behavior, and digital marketing trends.
