**Aufgaben**:

- Title
- Base SW Coordinator for CPC Control Unit for Conventional/Hybrid Electric Vehicles.**Responsibilities**:
- To coordinate communications and project artifacts exchange between Mercedes Benz AG(MBAG) and Suppliers.
- To represent the Base SW changes in the MBAG tech forums and involve the relevant stakeholders in implementing the changes.
- Planning of the Base SW release timeline adhering to project/vehicle release milestones.
- Planning of design demo for every delivery of the Base SW delivery.
- To define and maintain the Base SW requirements and bring the changes in the Base SW function to the change management approval board.
- To follow the quality gate processes for the planned changes during the planned development timeline and changes after the certification of the vehicles.
- To define the functional requirements of assigned functions related to the Drive Program functions.
- To create and manage the change requests based on the issues and new features in Base SW and Drive Program functions.
- To develop Simulink/Targetlink models from Drive Program functional requirements and to perform auto code generation.
- To make functional description documentation and Review Base SW release documentation.
- Prepare and manage the calibration data related to assigned functions.
- To review the functional requirements of peer functions and models.
- To coordinate deliveries with the relevant deadlines according to project milestones.
- To coordinate with release managers, line managers, and project stakeholders regarding the changes in the functions.
- To moderate the meetings with project internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- To support in the derivation of the testspecification and implement test cases/execute the test cases.
- To review the testspecification, and test results from functional testing.
- To validate the developed functions on various platforms (MIL/SIL/Integrated SIL/HIL/Vehicle).
- To coordinate shipment of defective parts for analysis to suppliers.
- To analyze and troubleshoot software and system issues from development, production, and after-sales vehicles.

**Qualifikationen**:

- Technical Skills
- a) Experience in Program management/Project management in automotive projects.
- b) Experience in supplier stakeholder management in automotive projects.
- c) Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- d) Expertise in SW architecture and Base SW modules.
- e) Model-based engineering with Matlab, Simulink, Stateflow, and Targetlink.
- f) Experience in preparing the 8D, 5Why, Root Cause Analysis reports.
- g) Requirement engineering - requirement elicitation and management.
- h) Working in software development life cycles (SDLC).
- i) Knowledge of automotive specifically Vehicle powertrain.
- j) Knowledge of the transmission control unit functions.
- k) MIL/SIL/HIL/Vehicle test techniques
- l) Debugging the fields issuesTools- Project Management Tools - MS Project, Product Life Cycle management tools.
- Modelling tools - M ATLAB/Simulink
- Code generation tools - Targetlink
- Requirement management - Doors, Doors NG, Polarion- Testcase management - Doors, Jira/Xray, Polarion
- Configuration Management - SVN/PVCS/Git
- Measurement Calibration Diagnostic (MCD) - CANAPE /CANOE/Canalyzer /INCA)- Testing Tools - Silver, TPT, Tessy, Provetech TA
