Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Management: Design, implement, and manage advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads with a focus on e-commerce objectives. Optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness and ROI.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, measure ROI, and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns. Prepare regular reports for management on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify e-commerce trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity. Use insights to inform campaign strategies and product positioning.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant ad content that aligns with campaign goals and audience interests.
- Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize returns across platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and design teams to ensure campaign and brand consistency. Provide insights and recommendations to support sales and marketing strategies.

Main Requirements:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically with a focus on e-commerce and expertise in Facebook and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) and the ability to interpret and act on data.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM and digital marketing channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Creativity and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

**Skills**:

- Expertise in Facebook and Google Ads management, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Proficiency in marketing automation technology and digital marketing tools.
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
