**Job Title: PA to Principal**

**Reports to: HOD**

**Job Profile**:
We are looking for a committed, highly skilled and self-motivated PA to Principal cum Front Office Assistant to join our Institution. In this position, you will play a key role by performing various administrative and clerical tasks as listed in the Job description. You should be comfortable undertaking a variety of activities in the office, including regular office communication and letter drafting, answering calls, greet and assist visitors, organizing documents, basic bookkeeping and many more. Reliability and strong work ethics combined with great communication skills are a must, as well as familiarity with all necessary office equipment, software, and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Reporting to management and performing administrative duties.
- Assist the School in CBSE Board Examination work
- Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.
- Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail.
- Copying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
- Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette.
- Performing other administrative tasks, if required.
- Assisting the Chairman, Manager & Principal in their day-to-day activities and schedule.
- Attending phone calls & transfer the calls to various departments, if necessary.
- Attending Parents/Guests that visit the school.
- Ensuring cleanliness of reception area and maintaining professional etiquette.
- Attending to the daily requirements of Teachers/Staff & Students.
- All letter drafting work of the school.
- Coordinate with teachers and activity Incharges for their departmental work Maintaining the following registers for the principal and their regular upkeep:
Ø Assembly Register

Ø Arrangement Register

Ø Parents Teachers Meeting Register

**Requirements and skills**
- Experience in answering and screening calls, as well as scheduling appointments.
- Ability to observe professional business etiquette and maintain a professional appearance.
- Proficiency in appointments, scheduling and call forwarding
- Ability to create a welcoming environment.
- Working knowledge of printers, copiers and scanners.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

**Qualification**:
Graduate in Any Discipline, Formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work, or related training,

**Work Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.**
