As a Trauma Centre Centre - Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and management of a trauma center, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of care to trauma patients. You will play a critical role in coordinating and supervising the staff, maintaining a safe and supportive environment, and implementing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide strong leadership to the trauma centre staff and ensure a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure efficient operations and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to coordinate trauma care services and resources.
- Recruit, train, and supervise the trauma centre staff, including physicians, nurses, and support personnel.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address any performance issues or conflicts.
- Foster professional development and create opportunities for staff training and continuing education.
- Ensure the provision of high-quality patient care by maintaining standards and protocols for trauma management.
- Monitor patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments to improve the quality of care.
- Collaborate with medical staff to develop and update treatment guidelines and protocols.
- Oversee the maintenance and efficient utilisation of equipment, supplies, and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with the hospital administration to develop and manage the trauma centre budget.
- Monitor and analyse data related to trauma care outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Participate in research activities and stay updated with the latest advancements in trauma care.
- Develop and maintain an emergency preparedness plan for the trauma centre.
- Coordinate with local emergency services and organisations to ensure effective response during mass casualty incidents or disasters.
- Conduct drills and exercises to test the readiness of the trauma centre and staff.

**Requirements**:

- A medical degree (MD or equivalent) is required, with specialisation in trauma care or emergency medicine preferred.
- Several years of clinical experience in trauma care, including experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with staff, patients, and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of trauma care protocols, guidelines, and best practices.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and accreditation standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make informed decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage resources, and maintain a calm and organised approach in emergency situations.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
