**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Handle daily operations related to Property and Casualty insurance processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance claims.
- Utilize MS Office tools to manage and analyze data efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve process efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions and communications.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to their implementation.
- Support the training and development of new team members.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on process enhancements.
- Communicate effectively with clients underwriters and other stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong proficiency in MS Office including Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Have experience in Auto Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance which is highly desirable.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibit strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Show attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Display problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Be a team player with a collaborative mindset.

**Certifications Required**

Certification in MS Office or related field is preferred.
