Factory Operator

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate machinery and equipment involved in the production and packaging of water products.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections and cleaning of equipment to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Keep accurate records of production activities, including equipment logs, maintenance reports, and quality control data.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve production targets and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to water treatment processes and equipment operation.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to health, safety, and environmental management.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in mechanical or electrical fields preferred.
- Proven experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or industrial setting, preferably within the water or beverage industry.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment issues.
- Knowledge of basic principles of water treatment and purification processes is desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
