**Job Title**: CA Articleship Trainee

**Location**: Camp Pune.

**Job Type**: [Part-time/Full-time]

**Reports to**: Senior Chartered Accountant/Audit Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Audit and Assurance**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of statutory and internal audits.
- Perform audit tests and document the findings.
- Evaluate internal controls and suggest improvements.
- Prepare audit reports and working papers.
- **Taxation**:

- Assist in the preparation and filing of income tax returns for individuals and companies.
- Work on GST (Goods and Services Tax) compliance and return filing.
- Conduct tax research and stay updated on changes in tax laws.
- Handle tax audits and assessments.
- **Accounting**:

- Maintain and update financial records.
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Perform reconciliation of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- **Consultancy and Advisory**:

- Support senior accountants in providing financial and business advice to clients.
- Participate in financial due diligence and feasibility studies.
- Conduct market research and analysis for various projects.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings.
- Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations affecting the organization and its clients.

**Skills and qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a Chartered Accountancy (CA) course with completion of the IPCC/Intermediate level.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
