- The Professor, in the Department of Dentistry**, will play a critical role in advancing vision and mission.
- **Preference will be a given to seasoned and accomplished leader in the field of Dentistry, with a strong record of teaching, research, and patient care.**

**Qualifications**:

- Post graduate degree (M.D.S)in degree or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching and/or research in Dentistry in a Medical College.
- A strong record of excellence in patient care, teaching, and research.
- Proven leadership skills and experience leading a department or academic program
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Aesthetic Dentistry
- Restorative Dentistry

**Responsibilities**:

- Teaching undergraduate and postgraduate Students.
- Provide patient care in the Hospital & College Dentistry clinic.
- Mentor and advise students, junior faculty, and department staff
- Lead department initiatives and represent the college and department in professional organizations and events.
- Provide leadership in the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives in the field of Dentistry.
- Organize and implement an instructional program
- Identify, choose and implement different teaching methods for all students with various educational backgrounds
- Transfer to students theoretical information, practical skills, methods and techniques
- Provide a positive and honest environment for students during class hours
- Use media equipment to sustain your course.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with the college staff, students and other suporting staff.
- Supervise student's projects
- Examine and give students a feedback about their academic activity.
