**Job Title**: Mohiniyattam Dancer / Performer

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mohiniyattam dancer to perform in various cultural events, productions, and workshops. The dancer will embody the traditional and expressive techniques of Mohiniyattam, conveying stories through the art form’s unique blend of fluid, graceful movements and emotive facial expressions. This role also involves participating in dance education and outreach programs as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Performance**: Perform Mohiniyattam for live audiences, recordings, and cultural events.
- **Practice and Training**: Dedicate time for regular rehearsals, self-practice, and enhancement of technique, rhythm, and abhinaya (expressions).
- **Storytelling and Expression**: Master the art of conveying stories through facial expressions, gestures (mudras), and postures.
- **Research and Development**: Stay updated on traditional compositions and contribute to choreography and interpretation when required.
- **Educational Outreach**: Conduct workshops, masterclasses, and participate in cultural outreach programs to promote Mohiniyattam.
- **Cultural Preservation**: Respect and preserve the traditional aspects of Mohiniyattam, while being open to new interpretations that align with cultural values.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
