- Manage and support billing, invoicing, and follow-ups.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and other calendar management activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or related field.
- Proven experience as a Back Office Executive or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
