Operations Executive

**Location**: Sector 150, Noida
**Working Days**: 6 days a week

**About the Company**:
We are a dynamic startup focused on delivering fresh dairy products directly from local farmers to our customers. Our mission is to provide high-quality dairy products while supporting local dairy farmers and ensuring timely deliveries to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operations Management**:

- Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure all deliveries are completed on time.
- Coordinate with local dairy farmers to streamline the supply chain and maintain product quality.
- **Customer Communication**:

- Utilize WhatsApp and other communication tools to notify customers about deliveries, promotions, and updates.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- **Marketing and Campaign Management**:

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to boost sales and customer engagement.
- Implement WhatsApp marketing strategies to effectively reach out to existing and potential customers.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- **Logistics and Delivery Coordination**:

- Ensure efficient delivery routes and schedules to maximize productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and handle any logístical challenges that may arise.
- **Startup Environment**:

- Adapt to the fast-paced and dynamic nature of a startup, being hands-on and ready to take on various tasks as needed.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the company by providing innovative ideas and solutions.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Undergraduate degree from any field.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in operations or logistics is a plus, but not mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using WhatsApp and other communication tools for marketing purposes.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and campaign management.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Must own a bike for local travel and deliveries.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in a startup environment and take on diverse responsibilities.
