**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of blockchain solutions and smart contracts.
- Conduct research on blockchain technologies and stay updated with the latest trends and advancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain solutions into existing systems.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to blockchain projects.
- Document and present findings and project progress to the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Blockchain Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of blockchain technology, distributed ledger systems, and smart contracts.
- Experience with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Corda.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Solidity, JavaScript, or Python.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of cryptographic principles and practices.
- Experience with blockchain development tools (e.g., Truffle, Remix, Ganache).
- Understanding of consensus algorithms and blockchain security.
