**Roles & Responsibility for IPQA Officer**:
**1) **Supervising, planning and execution of Daily activities.

**2) **Reviewing of executed BMR, BPR, analytical reports and logbooks.

**3) **Performing and operating offline NVPC.

**4) **Qualifying Visual inspector for Media Inspection.

**5) **Reviewing of incidents associated with batch ensuring their closure.

**6) **Maintaining Active role in IPQA and its respective Documentation activities.

**7) **Performing line clearance checks of assigned area ( such as but not limited to:
Dispensing area, Manufacturing area, Bung processor area, Visual inspection

area, Packing areas etc.,) before commencing the next unit operation by

following relevant SOPs, BMR/BPR, checklists protocols as applicable.

**8) **Performing sampling (such as in-in process, semi-finished, finished, control

samples, stability samples, validation samples, etc.,) during specified unit

operations as per SOPs/BMR and or protocol and record them in

relevant documents in a timely and concurrent manner and ensure appropriate

storage until samples are sent to relevant departments/laboratory.

**9) **Performing or facilitate execution of relevant protocol (such as equipment

/process/personnel qualifications etc.) in compliance to the requirements

specified in the protocols and associated documents including current

procedures.

**10) **Performing and executing process validation and hold time study protocol and

review.

**11) **Following instructions given by HOD

Qualification: B.Pharm

Experience: 2 To 3 Years

**Note**:In OSD & Semi-Solid Experience can be Preferred.
