Tgt Maths Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning and Instruction**:

- Design and deliver engaging, well-structured math lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and academic standards.
- Teach a range of math topics, including arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and data interpretation.
- **Classroom and Behavior Management**:

- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters respect, curiosity, and active participation.
- Implement and uphold classroom rules and procedures to maintain a disciplined and productive atmosphere.
- Encourage teamwork and collaborative problem-solving among students.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Develop and administer assessments, quizzes, homework, and projects to evaluate students’ understanding and progress.
- Provide constructive feedback on student work and help students improve their math skills.
- Track and report student performance, identifying areas of growth and communicating with parents and administration as necessary.
- **Encouraging Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving**:

- Guide students in developing strong analytical and problem-solving skills through practice exercises and real-world examples.
- Encourage students to ask questions, explore different problem-solving methods, and approach math with confidence.
- **Student Support and Differentiation**:

- Identify students’ learning needs and provide extra support or enrichment activities as needed.
- Offer additional guidance and tutoring for students who require help mastering specific concepts or catching up with class progress.
- Challenge advanced students with additional assignments or projects that encourage further exploration of mathematical concepts.
- **Professional Development and Collaboration**:

- Attend departmental meetings, workshops, and training to stay current with teaching methodologies and curriculum changes.
- Collaborate with other teachers to share resources, coordinate interdisciplinary projects, and ensure a cohesive approach to learning.
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences, open houses, and school events to foster strong community and parent engagement.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
