**Job Title: Insurance Handler**

Location: Kausalya Medical Centre, Pollachi

Salary Range: 13,000 to 20,000 per Month (Depending on Experience)

Leave: Four days per month, including Sundays

Qualification: Degree

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Insurance Handler to join our team in Pollachi. As an Insurance Handler, you will be responsible for managing insurance policies, handling client inquiries, processing claims, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Policy Management**: Administer insurance policies accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and up-to-date.

2. **Client Communication**: Interact with clients to provide information, answer inquiries, and assist with insurance-related matters in a professional and courteous manner.

3. **Claims Processing**: Process insurance claims promptly and accurately, verifying information and documentation to ensure eligibility and compliance with policy terms.

5. **Compliance**: Stay updated on insurance regulations and company policies to ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards in all transactions.

6. **Problem Resolution**: Address client concerns and complaints effectively, striving to achieve satisfactory resolutions while upholding company policies and procedures.

7. **Collaboration**: Coordinate with internal teams such as underwriters, actuaries, and claims adjusters to facilitate smooth and efficient insurance operations.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office basics (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of insurance principles and practices (preferred ).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
