**Job Title: Trainee / Associate -Purchase**

Role : To welcome dynamic B.Sc. or B.Com graduates into a challenging and rewarding role within our procurement team. This position offers a great opportunity for career development and hands-on experience in the field of purchase management.

**Purchase Coordination**:
Assist in the procurement of goods and services as per organizational requirements.

Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, and order placements.

**Documentation**:
Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and related documents.

Prepare and process purchase orders ensuring compliance with procurement policies.

**Vendor Management**:
Communicate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues.

**Support Functions**:
Provide administrative support to the purchase department.

Assist in inventory management and stock control activities.

**Communication**:
Collaborate with internal teams to understand their procurement needs.

Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.

**Compliance**:
Ensure adherence to organizational procurement policies and guidelines.

Stay updated on industry trends and changes in procurement regulations.

**Data Entry**:
Accurately enter purchase-related data into the system.

Generate reports as required by the purchase manager.

**Qualification**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Science (B.Sc).**:

- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- **Good communication skills, both written and verbal.**:

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
