Call Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Inbound/Outbound Call Agent. As a Call Agent, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services and generate sales leads
- Providing accurate information about our products, services, and promotions to customers
- Assisting customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience and achieve departmental goals
- Following company policies and procedures to maintain confidentiality and protect customer information
- Continuously updating knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging situations
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,460.22 - ₹35,202.24 per month
