**Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
- **Office Management**: Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a smooth workflow.
- **Data Management**: Maintain and update databases, records, and files accurately and efficiently.
- **Coordination**: Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistics are handled effectively.
- **Communication**: Serve as a liaison between departments, clients, and external partners, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as required by management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
