**Customer Care Representative (Indian Time Zone, 10 pm to 6 am)**
**Location: Remote (Indian Time Zone)**
CRMOne is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our team, operating in the Indian time zone from 10 pm to 6 am. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and representing our brand positively.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers with product inquiries, account management, and scheduling technical support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate channels.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Proactively identify and report customer feedback to the relevant teams to improve the product and service.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product features, updates, and best practices to provide accurate information.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and contribute to a positive customer experience.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills (Both spoken and written)
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and SaaS products is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations effectively.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work during the specified Indian time zone hours (10 pm to 6 am).
