Summary:
The Pharmacy Lecturer is responsible for delivering high-quality lectures and facilitating learning experiences for pharmacy students. They will develop and deliver engaging curriculum, conduct research, and provide guidance and support to students.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Deliver lectures: The Pharmacy Lecturer will prepare and deliver lectures on various topics related to pharmacy practice and pharmaceutical sciences. They will utilize effective teaching methods to engage students and ensure effective learning outcomes.

2. Develop curriculum: The Pharmacy Lecturer will contribute to the development and review of the pharmacy curriculum. They will collaborate with other faculty members to ensure the curriculum is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with industry standards.

3. Conduct research: The Pharmacy Lecturer will actively engage in scholarly research activities related to pharmacy practice and contribute to the advancement of the field. They will publish research findings in reputable journals and present at conferences.

4. Provide guidance and support: The Pharmacy Lecturer will provide academic and career guidance to pharmacy students. They will mentor and supervise students' research projects, internships, and other activities to enhance their professional development.

5. Assess student performance: The Pharmacy Lecturer will design and implement assessments to evaluate students' understanding and knowledge of pharmacy concepts. They will provide feedback to students on their performance and support their academic progress.

6. Collaborate with colleagues: The Pharmacy Lecturer will collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall learning environment. They will participate in departmental meetings, contribute to curriculum development, and engage in continuous professional development activities.

**Requirements**:

- A master degree (or equivalent) in Pharmacy or a related field.
- A valid pharmacy license.
- Previous teaching experience in a pharmacy or healthcare-related program.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy practice, pharmaceutical sciences, and related areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students.
- Strong research and publication record.

Working Conditions:
The Pharmacy Lecturer will primarily work in a classroom and laboratory environment. They may also be required to attend conferences and meetings related to their teaching and research responsibilities.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
