Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy: Develop comprehensive and innovative social media strategies that align with the company's objectives and target audience in the healthcare and hospitality sectors.

Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant social media content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, that showcases our services, facilities, patient care, guest experiences, and any upcoming events or promotions.

Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a positive and customer-centric online presence.

Social Media Advertising: Design and execute paid social media ad campaigns to reach a wider audience, increase brand visibility, and drive conversions for specific healthcare services or hospitality offerings.

Analytics and Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), measure the effectiveness of campaigns, and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to incorporate new strategies and techniques into our social media marketing efforts.

Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team, graphic designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all channels.

Compliance: Adhere to all relevant regulations and industry standards, ensuring that the content and communication shared on social media platforms meet legal and ethical guidelines for the healthcare sector.

Proven experience as a social media executive at a similar company

Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms

In-depth understanding of the processes surrounding the creation and distribution of paid advertisements

Ability to create authoritative and persuasive texts.

A flexible and engaging writing style.

Knowledge of pertinent engagement metrics.

Appreciation for novel insights and ideas.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Digital marketing (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
