**About the Role**

As Financial personnel, you will be responsible for assisting in all matters relating to finance globally including Financial MIS preparation, managing the budgets and payments compliance, and corporate governance and acting as a key interface with all the relevant stakeholders and consultants.

You will aid in end-to-end finance and admin related operations for Nymble’s cross-border structure in India and the United States - from mundane payroll disbursements to complex investment activities.

**What can you expect from this role?**
- Update and manage the Finance Playbook which will be the foundation/SOP for managing the accounting and finance operations.
- Manage Accounts Receivables process and ensure invoices and collections are handled promptly. Support monthly payroll.
- Familiarise and handle accounting and finance tools used its optimal efficiency.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining the internal accounting systems and financial controls consistent with Indian Corporate, Tax and Employee regulatory compliance, reporting and statutory filing requirements for the India and entity.
- Assist in appropriate governance processes that assure compliance with US Corporate regulations and US Federal and local compliance mandates.
- Share timely workings for Management, board and investor reporting and engagement.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining regular financial reports; monthly expense forecast by segment (vs. projections).
- Assist in Financing related activities like maintaining and sharing data for due diligence, record keeping and coordinating with multiple stakeholders, etc.
- Track, manage and ensure all secretarial compliances are met.
- Track, manage and ensure all statutory compliance requirements are duly complied with.
- Manage and handle the company data rooms along with due diligence
- Assist in Forecasting and budgeting
