**Kondody Hotels and Resorts is hiring for an experienced individual to join our team as an Purchase Executive.**
- **Assists executive chef in all aspects of purchase to ensure quality and profitability.**:

- **Ensure that proper safeguards are in effect for the security of food and beverage storeroom assets.**:

- **Communicates with kitchen, restaurant management and vendors** **to ensure timing of deliveries satisfies advanced food production needs.**:

- **Checks invoice on goods received against shipment to ensure quality, quantity, weights and purchase specifications are as ordered.**:

- **Relationships with suppliers and overseeing the purchasing team in their daily activities.**:

- **Preparing cost estimate and managing budgets.**

Education: U.G/P.G

Experience: 2+ years( Resort experience must)

**Salary**: 20k to 22k + food & accommodation provide

Location: Munnar

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:
