SNEH Community Preschools are based in the **urban slums **of Pune and PCMC.

**Education and experience**:Post graduation in Early Childhood education/B.Ed. with 5+ years of experience

Skills required:

- Fluency in English and Hindi. Fluency in Marathi would be an added advantage
- Efficiency in using computer, especially
- Leadership, good communication, problem solving, handling interpersonal issues etc.
- Presentation skills
- report writing, public speaking etc.
- Punctuality and Swiftness, creativity and ability to analyze people objectively
- Ability to help grow each team member and support the team whenever required
- Record keeping
- Passion for working in a social enterprise is a must and most important among all the skills Accountabilities:

- Coordinating with all the SNEH Community Preschool branches on a daily basis
- Visits to the seven Preschool branches at least once in a week (as per the respective working hours of the preschools) and once a month to Kothrud Preschool.
- Ensuring that all the preschools are following the same rules, regulations, activities, norms and ethics set by SNEH Foundation
- Creating detailed annual and monthly syllabus which would be followed in all the preschools
- Creating the monthly reports, reviewing report cards, student progress records, student files etc. on a regular basis
- Training the teachers on various topics along with community based early childhood education
- Reviewing the students’ knowledge through surprise tests, visits or through casual interaction
- Maintaining all the records of SNEH preschools
- Reviewing the preschool inventories regularly and listing requirements of preschools whenever required
- Maintaining leave records of the preschool staff and ensuring smooth conduction of school in absence of the teachers
- Supervising the discipline, decorum, socio-behavioral parameters of students from all preschools and instructing the teachers for improvements accordingly
- Developing strategies to ensure better performance of teachers and students
- Ensuring problem solving in case if any at the interpersonal level of teachers and maintaining healthy work atmosphere across all SNEH preschools
- Ensuring Team building between all the preschool staff
- Supervising overall infrastructure, cleanliness, hygiene in all preschools
- Taking timely action for repair work, requirement at preschools etc. with the help of teachers and office assistant
- Collecting fees from all head teachers of all preschools and maintaining a record of the fees for all the preschools. Informing the CEO about the monthly pending fees status and brainstorming ideas to collect 100% fess.
- Compiling the monthly reports, report cards and pictures from all the preschools and creating a collaborative preschool annual report with the help of Kothrud Preschool supervisor
- Ensuring quality education along with social and behavioral inputs to students across all preschools
- Interacting with parents during PTMs in all preschools
- Conducting a common monthly meeting for all the preschool staff members once a month along with a presentation by the teachers or training on any of the respective topics for teachers
- Ensuring safety and wellbeing of all preschool staff and raising concerns to the CEO in case if it’s not

being maintained
- Highlighting to the CEO in case of any issues across any of the preschool on a regular basis to ensure immediate resolution of the problems
- Engaging and maintaining volunteers in all the Preschool branches
- Sending the children profiles, report cards etc. to the donors
- Participating in fundraising for the preschool
- Ensuring community development through our work at all SNEH Community Preschool branches
- Ensuring maintenance of all the preschool data like student files, report cards, good quality photos of each event for each preschool, fees record, inventories, attendance, health checkup details, PTMs etc. on a common folder which would be accessible to the CEO and core team members
- Planning and execution of the annual gathering of SNEH Preschool
- Facilitating RTE admissions and maintaining a record, success stories related to the same
- Creating success stories from all the preschools and maintaining the before-after samples of the children’s work
- Getting the video or written feedback from parents whenever possible.
- Assignment of goals and annual appraisals of all the teachers from five Preschool branches and coordinating with Kothrud preschool about the same
- Looking into the celebrations, visits etc. by donors
- Taking up volunteer induction at least thrice a year.
- Overall management of people, data and processes across all preschools

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
