**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Coordinate guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
2. Manage guest requests, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
3. Maintain accurate records of guest information, preferences, and special requests.
4. Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
5. Provide information and answer queries about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
6. Handle guest complaints and concerns, escalating issues to management as necessary.
7. Maintain a clean and organized front office area, adhering to hotel standards.
8. Perform other duties as required, such as assisting with events or functions.
**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. 1-2 years of experience in a front office or guest services role, preferably in a hotel environment.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
5. Basic knowledge of hotel operations, front office procedures, and guest services.
**Desirable Qualifications**:
1. Experience with hotel management software (e.g., PMS, CRS).
2. Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices.
3. Certification in hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
