**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Collaborate with other artists: Compositors work closely with other artists, such as VFX artists, 3D animators, and lighting artists, to ensure that the final composite is consistent with the overall look and feel of the production.
- Interpret storyboards: The primary responsibility of a compositor is to interpret storyboards and create the necessary composites to enhance the scene or sequence.
- Create composite elements: Compositors must create and manipulate various elements, such as live-action footage, 3D models, VFX elements, and backgrounds, to create a final composite.
- Color correction: Compositors must color correct and grade the final composite to ensure that it matches the overall mood and atmosphere of the production.
- Refine composites: Compositors must refine their composites, adding in additional elements and adjusting the timing and placement to create a seamless integration of the various elements.
- Problem-solving: Compositors must be able to troubleshoot problems that arise during the compositing process, such as issues with lighting or perspective.
- Time management: A compositor must be able to work efficiently and manage their time effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Continuously learn and grow: Compositors must stay up-to-date with the latest compositing techniques and technologies to continuously improve their skills and create more advanced composites.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Graduation in relevant field.
- Min 5 Years Experience in 3D Compositing.
- Sound Compositing Knowledge.
- Ability to come up with new ideas.
- Detailed knowledge of VFX and 3D software.
