**About the role**:
The IDM Coordinator will guide and support the planners in the factories and markets within the region to maintain best-in-class master data standards and co-create the master data related processes in collaboration with the technical and functional teams.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Own data quality monitoring, issue identification, and resolution activities for respective hubs, including master data completeness, data integrity, and transaction data hygiene services
- Coordinate with planners across workstreams and provide guidance and support on data maintenance, data change queries, and overall data quality improvement
- Responsible to plan and conduct review meetings with Markets and factories to highlight data issues, explain root cause, required action and drive DQ score improvement.
- Prepare weekly/Monthly DQ reports and highlight high-risk issues in the review meetings
- Ensure adherence to DQ standards, guidelines, and policies
- Responsible to monitor the alerts, issues related to data and work with various team in supply organisation in markets/factories to ensure data accuracy is maintained above 98%.
- Responsible to maintain and refresh the data quality dashboard
- Responsible for defining integrated data rule including acceptable data ranges/values.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Possess general business awareness especially on Supply Chain or demonstrates comparable business experience
- Any work experience on ERP (JDE or SAP) would be advantageous
- The business language in Reckitt is English, therefore fluency in English is essential and fluency in local languages advantageous
