**Job Summary**:
As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional user experiences and visually appealing interfaces for our digital products. You will be responsible for understanding user needs, conducting user research, designing wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of user-centered designs. Your work will have a significant impact on the usability, aesthetics, and overall success of our digital products.

**Key Responsibilities**:
User Research:

- Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Create user personas and user journey maps to inform design decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.

Information Architecture:

- Develop information architecture and sitemaps to organize content and navigation.
- Create user flows that guide users through the product's features and functions.

Wireframing and Prototyping:

- Design wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize the user interface.
- Iterate and refine designs based on feedback and usability testing results.

Visual Design:

- Create visually appealing user interfaces, considering brand guidelines and design principles.
- Select and create icons, graphics, and other visual assets to enhance the user experience.

Interaction Design:

- Define and design interactive elements, animations, and micro-interactions to improve user engagement.
- Ensure consistency in user interactions across the product.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate on design solutions and advocate for user-centric design principles.

Usability Testing:

- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather user feedback.
- Analyze and interpret user testing results to refine designs.

Accessibility and Responsiveness:

- Ensure that designs are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.
- Design responsive layouts to accommodate various screen sizes and devices.

Documentation:

- Prepare design documentation, including design specifications and style guides.
- Maintain design assets and keep them organized for team use.

**Tools knowlwdge**:
**Figma**:

- Figma is a web-based design tool that allows real-time collaboration among team members.
- It offers design and prototyping features and is known for its cloud-based approach, which eliminates the need for file version control.

**Adobe XD**:

- Adobe XD is a popular UI/UX design tool that allows designers to create interactive prototypes and wireframes.
- It offers a range of design and prototyping features, making it suitable for designing web and mobile interfaces.
- Collaboration features make it easy for teams to work together on design projects.

**InVision**:

- InVision is a prototyping tool that allows designers to create interactive and animated prototypes for web and mobile apps.
- It's great for user testing and presenting design concepts to stakeholders.

**Adobe Photoshop**:

- While primarily a photo editing tool, Photoshop is often used for UI design, especially for creating detailed visual elements.
- It's suitable for static designs and working with images, but less ideal for interactive prototypes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, UX Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in UX/UI design, including a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Knowledge of UX design best practices, user-centered design principles, and design thinking.
- Strong understanding of front-end development technologies and their impact on design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
