Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive for our project segments, you will play a good role in driving sales and revenue growth for our company. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with builders, Architechs, Contractors, existing clients, identify their needs, and offer them our products and services. This position requires a self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and target potential clients to expand our customer base.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

5. Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed set KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and sales techniques to maintain a competitive edge.

9. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, outlining achievements and challenges.

10. Continuously improve product knowledge and stay informed about changes in our offerings.

**Requirements**:
2. Strong understanding of the retail market, consumer behavior, and industry trends.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative when necessary.

6. Customer-focused approach and ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

8. Flexibility to travel and attend industry events or client meetings as required.

9. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
