**Your field of responsibility**

The role also involves liaising with senior business partners across the various Corporate Functions, Front Office divisions, Regional CFOs and Legal Entity controller teams. There will also be involvement in the conceptualization and delivery of a standard suite of monthly MIS reports in relation to the allocations/charging from global Service Co’s.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of Global Service Co related Allocation MIS
- Act as a deputy to head of Service Co Accounting team and represent her on important forums/working groups
- Effective liaising with senior partners in Divisions/Corporate Functions and Legal Entity Controllers worldwide and locally with AR/AP teams
- Build a robust control framework, minimize the possibilities of manual errors/warranting manual adjustments
- Conceptualize and deliver an effective suite of standard MIS reporting which is meaningful for business partners including Regional/LE Controllers as well as Group Reporting
- Acquire complete knowledge on the Systems and tools used across Allocations i.e. SNOW, ITBM, PSGL
- Liaise with Technical Support teams to ensure proactive issue resolution and provide key inputs to System Change requests, FRD/BRD’s when required
- Ad-hoc query handling relating to Service Co Allocations and Audit resolution
- Partner in legal entity related projects, including evolving Service Co deliverables

**Your future colleagues**:
The Allocations & Service co MIS head acts as a pivotal lead for managing the end-to-end allocations reporting and pricing related activities for each of the Global Service Co’s in Switzerland/UK/US and APAC. Leading a small team of analysts, this role is critically important in the effective and efficient roll out of MI Strategy, while establishing a robust process & operational control framework around Service Co Allocations.

**Your skills and experience**

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- A professional degree as a CA/MBA/ICWA/CIMA/ACCA and the like
- A minimum of 8+ years of proven relevant experience working as a senior finance professional
- Phenomenal personality with effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in dealing with senior business partners
- Ability to deliver within tight deadlines and willing to go beyond your scope when the role demands
- Quick grasping and understanding of structural flows and ability to articulate effectively in senior-stakeholder forums.
- Leadership traits in terms of guiding/mentoring and effectively collaborating with the team towards delivery of team objectives
- A focus on high quality delivery and continuous improvement of systems and processes
- Outstanding MS Office skills, with a particular focus on Excel/Essbase and PowerPoint
- Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking who can work on own initiative under pressure and can deliver on time with a high level of integrity and flexibility, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
