**Experience**

Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical role that involves IT support, development and infrastructure management, end-to-end ERP implementation, including solution configuration (_mandatory_), requirements gathering (_mandatory_), and business-user interaction (_mandatory_).

**Responsibilities**

1. To coordinate with the outsourced IT firm on new implementations and maintaining the school management system Desalite Connect, logging all incidents and requests, their acknowledgements, and their resolutions and ensuring that all support tickets are handled effectively and expeditiously.

2. Serve as liaison between the management and the outsourced IT firm concerning requests, standards, expectations, and faults in the school management system/student information system (Desalite Connect).

3. To have overall responsibility for the management of the activities of the school controlled by Desalite Connect.

6. To provide support to all IT users like staff members, parents, and students, solving their problems and providing procedural documentation as required.

7. Performs systems backups and recovery procedures.

8. Troubleshoots problems with networks, biometric machines, CCTV cameras, web services, mail services, and overall aspects of the LAN/WAN. Coordinate vendor assistance when required.

9. Ensures computer lab network and standalone computers are functional and ready to use by students and teachers. Ensures software programs and other configuration issues are loaded and prepared, ready for each scheduled class.

10. Keep current with the latest technologies and determine what new technology solutions and implementations will meet the needs of the school and system requirements.

11. Responds to complaints and inquiries from a variety of sources (e.g. staff, administrators, parents, school site personnel, outside vendors and service providers, etc.) promptly, efficiently, courteously, and effectively to provide technical assistance, advice, and support.

**Salary**: Up to ₹24,000.00 per month
