**What you’ll do?**
- ** Take responsibility**: You will guide our internal customers and international team of developers to design and implement webApps to make best use of information from our Analytics platform.
- ** Help shape the future**: Get to know our products, the team spirit and the agile way of working at the Cross-Functional Business Intelligence Team (xBI) and actively support the target group-oriented visualization and app design

**Activities**:

- You will work as part of our global teams to provide interactive prototypes/visualizations and data solutions for our internal customers across the globe.
- You will help to understand our users’ needs and translate them into exiting products.
- Your duty includes analyzing consumer requirements and conducting market research to improve our products and services. You also work with our developers and product managers to create product prototypes for management review.
- In collaboration with our business experts you will determine customer goals and define the product interactions necessary to achieve them.
- You will be able to explore the full world of our business data platform to generate attractive solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**: Diploma or master’s degree in a design profession or a comparable field of study, with a strong focus on interaction design
- ** Experience**:At least 3 years of professional interaction design experience, ideally in a renowned design agency with an industrial client base or in the UX team of an established industrial company.
- ** Know-How**: High level of proficiency in the Design Thinking process and the respective methods, in current interaction design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XC, Axure) and software prototyping tools, as well as in the creation of wireframes, interaction flows and design guidelines; proven communication, presentation and moderation skills. Preferred experience with SCSS, SASS or CSS and responsive design
- ** Languages**: Fluent in English, written and spoken. Strong communication and client-facing skills.
