Urgent Hiring for IPQP officer for Beverages and FMCG Industry

Key Responsibilities:
- **Quality Planning**:
- Develop and implement Integrated Product Quality Planning (IPQP) strategies for new product introductions.
- Collaborate with product development, engineering, and manufacturing teams to define quality objectives and requirements.
- Create and maintain quality plans, including process flow charts, control plans, and inspection criteria.
- **Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)**:
- Utilize APQP methodologies to ensure comprehensive quality planning and risk management.
- Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate potential quality issues.
- Oversee the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) to ensure supplier and product quality compliance.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality.
- Use Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and implement preventive measures.
- **Supplier Quality Management**:
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and components.
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments to evaluate their quality management systems.
- Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues and ensure consistent supply of high-quality materials.
- **Quality Assurance and Control**:
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and oversee corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- **Training and Support**:
- Provide training to manufacturing and quality control teams on IPQP processes and quality standards.
- Support cross-functional teams in understanding and implementing quality requirements.
- Serve as a quality liaison between different departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of quality planning activities, inspection results, and corrective actions.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all documentation complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
