**Legal Person**:
We are looking for a legal person to join our company. Where he/she would be communicating with the legal firms we’ve tie-ups with and providing required legal assistance to the Management.
**Legal Research and Analysis**: Conduct thorough legal research on various matters, including statutes, regulations, case law, and legal precedents. Analyze and interpret legal information to provide guidance and advice to the organization.
**Contract Review and Drafting**: Review, negotiate, and draft contracts and legal agreements, ensuring they comply with applicable laws and regulations. Identify potential risks and suggest modifications or alternative clauses to protect the organization's interests.
**Compliance and Risk Management**: Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to mitigate legal risks. Conduct internal audits and investigations as needed.
**Legal Advice and Counseling**: Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders, including management, departments, and employees. Advise on legal rights, obligations, and potential liabilities. Help resolve legal disputes and mitigate potential legal issues.
**Corporate Governance**: Assist in the maintenance of corporate governance standards. Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements, including board meetings, shareholder relations, and corporate filings.
**Regulatory Compliance**: Monitor and ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and licensing requirements. Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise on necessary actions to maintain compliance.
**Legal Documentation and Records Management**: Prepare and maintain legal documents, contracts, and records. Manage document retention and destruction policies in compliance with legal requirements.
**Dispute Resolution and Litigation Support**: Assist in the resolution of legal disputes, including negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. Collaborate with external counsel in litigation matters, including gathering evidence, drafting legal pleadings, and representing the organization in court when required.
**Training and Education**: Provide legal training to employees on various legal topics and compliance matters. Develop training materials and deliver presentations to promote legal awareness and best practices within the organization.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
