Loom Operator

**Location**: Silvasa, India
**Position**: Weaving Loom Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise all aspects of the weaving process to ensure smooth operations.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining high quality and efficiency.
- Train and guide loom operators on operating procedures and safety protocols.
- Monitor loom performance and coordinate regular maintenance activities.
- Address any production or quality issues swiftly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in têxtile engineering or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in weaving, preferably in the têxtile or FIBC industry.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and basic computer proficiency.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
