PGT Physics Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Physics Tutor/Instructor to join our team. As a Physics Tutor/Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction and guidance to students in various physics topics, including but not limited to mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, quantum mechanics, and modern physics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
- Assist students in understanding complex physics concepts through clear explanations, examples, and demonstrations.
- Provide individualized attention and support to students to enhance their understanding and performance.
- Create and administer assessments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate student progress.
- Monitor and track student progress, and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to academic growth and success.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine curriculum materials and teaching strategies.
- Stay updated on advancements in the field of physics education and incorporate relevant resources and technologies into teaching practices.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physics or a related field (Master’s degree or PhD preferred).
- Prior experience teaching or tutoring physics at the high school or college level.
- Strong knowledge of physics principles and theories across various subfields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to tailor instruction to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students.
- Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring students.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Commitment to upholding academic integrity and ethical standards.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and online learning platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
