**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Project Leadership**: Handle multiple tree plantation projects, ensuring timely progress and successful completion.

**Commercial Acumen**: Demonstrate exceptional commercial insight, understanding the costs associated with projects, strategies to optimize these costs, and recognizing the potential benefits of projects for both the organization and its clients.

**Opportunity Exploration**: Identify business opportunities, design possible solutions for the requirements and initiate new projects by partnering with local organizations and assessing community needs.

**Community Engagement**: Build strong relationships with local communities and NGOs, ensuring collaborative and impactful project outcomes.

**Travel & Fieldwork**: Undertake extensive domestic and international travels for project assessments, stakeholder meetings, and information gathering.

**Project Design & Evaluation**: Conceptualize tree plantation projects based on research and needs assessments. Evaluate proposals from NGOs and develop nature-based solutions for climate action.

**Data Analysis**: Collect, analyze, and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data to inform project strategies and outcomes.

**Business Development Support**: Assist the business development team in aligning projects with organizational goals and stakeholder requirements.

**Reporting**: Generate comprehensive management reports and dashboards for all projects. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders and SMEs and prepare comprehensive impact analysis for each project.

**Holistic Contributions**: Engage in diverse roles and responsibilities as directed by the management to further the organization's mission.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 years of experience in the similar role
- Proven experience in handling multiple field projects.
- Strong background in engaging with local communities and NGOs.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Proficiency in multiple local languages is a significant advantage.
- Ability to conceptualize, design, and evaluate projects based on research and community needs.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum any graduate

**Salary**: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
