**Overview**:
The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. This position involves coordinating sales activities, managing orders, communicating with clients, and providing administrative support to the sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts, including processing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any customer issues or concerns.
- **Coordination**: Coordinate sales activities and schedules, including meetings, appointments, and presentations.
- **Customer Communication**: Act as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, providing product information, and addressing any customer complaints or feedback.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate sales records and documentation, including sales reports, contracts, and customer databases.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Provide administrative support to the sales team, such as preparing sales presentations, organizing sales materials, and managing correspondence.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in managing inventory levels and stock availability, coordinating with the inventory or warehouse team as needed.
- **Sales Analysis**: Assist in analyzing sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, customer service, and finance, to ensure alignment and support sales objectives.
- **Training and Support**: Provide training and support to sales staff on sales processes, tools, and systems.
- **Ad Hoc Tasks**: Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the sales manager or team leader.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of sales processes and customer service principles.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,379.59 - ₹30,432.72 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Yearly bonus

Travel requirement:

- No travel

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
